Main objective of the job:

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will assist in the applying of cash received daily, researching/analyzing issues within the cash application process and assisting with special requests for Emerson European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


* Participate in all training classes

* Understand the Cash Allocation process and procedures

* Learn to use the ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, Syteline

* Learn to use the Collections software – GetPaid

* Understands critical issue process to higher management for outstanding situations where help is required

* Understands the communication process with other departments and different business units on different queries

* Any other tasks required by the Team

Main objective of the job:                                       

  • Conducts Detective Controls for relevant departments (processes), according to Central Directives, desktop procedures and work instructions.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Performs for Supplier invoice verification processes;
  • Support performance and ensure quality;
  • Support in automation tool implementation for detective controls incl. quality checks for tool performance;
  • Support in KPI generation & tracking for performance of Detective Controls
  • Work under supervision of mentor;

Qualifications

Studies:
