Could you be the full-time HR Team Analyst with Swedish (intern) we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your HR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to HR Administration Team Leader, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

 

You will be accountable for delivering an outstanding employee and manager experience as part of our HR Operations Centre. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Handle service requests (e.g. creation of employee documentation, payroll related queries, support in recruiting, etc) via Salesforce portal, email, chatter and/or phone and processing these using the Case Management Tool and/or relevant HR systems;
  • Create and manage the employee documentation including archiving;
  • Ensure SAP / HR Connect data entry of organizational management and personal administration;
  • Be the HR Systems first level support;
  • Handle payroll and employment related queries;
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for processing requests (e.g. Consent to Use of Data, Security Questions);
  • Follow the work instructions for the service/country relevant to the request and ensure compliance with specific policies and procedures as required;
  • Keep record of all open requests and regular follow-up until their completion;
  • Allocate requests with specific process/language/country requirements to the relevant colleagues as appropriate;
  • Create or request supporting documents required in processing service requests;
  • Run standard and ad hoc reports on request for customers and other HR Operations stakeholders.

Working Student - Strategic Purchasing

Job Description

Main objective of the job:

  • Support of several buyers in purchasing department components .

 

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of purchasing decisions in Excel;
  • Maintenance of price and condition updates in the related SAP system;
  • Close cooperation with back office in India for SAP updates;
  • Creation, Sending out & tracking of price contracts in PILUM-APN (Bosch specific);
  • Creation of orders for samples, tools etc. in SAP;
  • Checking of invoice deviations and clearance together with buyer, supplier or accounting;
  • Creation of debit and credit notes according to respective process;
  • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

  • University Diploma 
  • High school Diploma

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Language: English;
  • Good understanding of IT-tools / analysis of data;
  • Experience in SAP R/3;
