Students are always welcome in Nokia Romania Garage. Interaction with them involves courses, training, labs and projects. These collaborations resulted in, among others, several robots (human size 3D printed, tic-tac-toe, footballers, candy sorter), an autonomous rover, t-shirts with sensors for monitoring various parameters, a smart parking system based on video analysis, a smart irrigation system, a virtual tour of the Garage with the help of virtual reality glasses, a mobile air quality monitoring device or a smart management building system.

We are looking for a talented student who can build an CNC from scratch that will be capable of engraving materials.

As part of the project you will:

• Research and select the necessary components for the CNC machine
• Assemble the machine according to specifications
• Program the machine to engrave materials accurately and efficiently
• Test and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the build process
